Originally founded in 1998 as a member of the Lighthouse Group of Companies, our dedicated construction division, LIghthouse Commerical, was founded in 2007. 

From our first six dwelling luxury development commencing in 1999, to our current 13 star energy efficient homes in 2019, we're proud to celebrate 20 years of industry excellence.
 
Mike Hendricks is a veteran builder with over 35 years industry experience, engaging on a vast array of both residential, domestic and commerical activities across Victoria, working for both state government and local councils, as well as the mainsream private building sector.
 
Albert Jacobs is an experienced building and construction project manager, overseer and director with 20 years professional experience.  Projects personally managed range from multi unit developments, subdivisions, apartment blocks, townhouses and state-of-the-art luxury developments incorporating 'smart' and 'green' technologies.

We appreciate that during the design, development and construction phases a project's proprietor may request changes, and or make modifications to take advantage of emerging technologies and advancements in building and construction, and our ability to integrate such amendments into a project is of great value.

At Lighthouse all our subcontractors are fully licensed and insured to complete quality work on your project.
